Meet Your Professional Audiologist

You can expect expert care from an Audiologist

Audiologists are professionally educated hearing experts who specialize in evaluating the auditory system. Audiologists hold either a master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited university. They possess knowledge, experience, and expertise in the prevention, identification, and assessment of hearing disorders. They are required to complete a full-time internship and pass a demanding national competency examination.

By virtue of their graduate education and licensure, audiologists are the most qualified professionals to perform hearing tests, refer patients suffering from hearing loss for medical treatment, and provide hearing rehabilitation services including hearing aids.

If you are experiencing any signs of hearing loss, Dr. Kevin Whritenour can assess the extent of your problem, identify its source, determine the need for medical treatment, and determine the appropriate amplification to help ensure that your hearing health is sound.

If you have questions about the health of your hearing, and would like to receive a free consultation, contact us at Dr. Kevin Whritenour’s office today.
